Amazon says “frequently returned.” This is so misleading. They put this on everything these days it seems. And it almost never has any bearing on the quality of the product. So I encourage you to ignore it. People return this because they get it home and go, “oh, I can’t afford this.” Or “this isn’t what thought it was.” None of that has any bearing on the product quality. Case in point, these monitor arms. I’ve had them since 2019. I’ve moved them 3 times now. And they are still serving today as well as they did when they arrived. They’re fantastic. I’ve got them just about maxed out in weight. The only complaints I’ve seen from other reviewers fall into what I call “user error.” One person loved them but knocked off a star because the anchors they sent are for concrete and not hollow walls. She should have read the instructions. These must be installed either into concrete walls or screwed into a stud in a hollow wall. Sheetrock on its own is not rated to hold these. Can it? Sure. Is it meant to? No, not at all. I always say this: buy what they’re selling, not what you want them to sell. “They didn’t provide dry wall anchors!” Well duh. Because if they did, people would complain when it pulled out of the wall or sagged. I’ve also seen complaints about them not providing “on device storage” for the tools used to install and adjust it. Again, duh! Who wants to see a screw driver sticking out from a monitor arm? Not me. Put your tools away, labeled, so you can find them. So what about the product as is? It’s awesome. Like I said, I’ve pulled it off walls and moved it three times. Had them for 6 years now. They’re still just as strong as they were when I got them. My monitors stay exactly where I position them. And here’s the most important thing to know. If they did fail tomorrow, I’d reorder them right away. Six solid years of abuse from me and I’d say I have definitely gotten my money’s worth and then some! Great product. Great value. Read more

I recently installed the ALI Computer Monitor Wall Mount for my 27" conferencing monitor, and it’s been a game-changer for my office setup. My office is mostly glass, so finding a sturdy mounting solution was a bit tricky. This wall mount allowed me to mount the monitor directly to the window frame above a mini conference table, which not only saved space but also gave the room a sleek, modern look. The adjustable tension feature is fantastic. I can easily adjust it to hold the monitor securely in place without any issues. Even when I move the monitor around, it stays exactly where I want it. Plus, the arm has the option to run wires through it, which is great for keeping things tidy. I didn't use it for my specific setup, but I can see how it would be useful for cable management. Overall, this mount is a solid, reliable solution for anyone looking to save space or create a more professional-looking office. It’s sturdy, easy to adjust, and has a clean, minimalist design that works well in any modern workspace. Highly recommend! Read more

This product tends to go on sale often from what I've seen on Honey, and that would be the time to buy this. The screw bolts that are used to mount the system onto the wall are not good. The screw heads strip very easily. I would highly recommend going to a local hardware store and getting quality screws of the same size. The wire hider on the arm requires you use a screwdriver to unhook it from the arm and secure it back, which seems a bit superfluous in my opinion. If your monitors are less than the 27" max, your monitors will be spread apart in the middle and the only way to get them closer together is to bring them closer to your face. The arms do see quite sturdy though. I would recommend NOT USING THE HOLLOW WALL FASTENERS. These started pulling away from the wall within minutes of me securing. Find a stud and screw into it. For mounting, I recommend finding where you want your monitors to be by securing them to the arms and having someone else help you hold them so you know exactly where they will be when mounted. THEN remove the arms and monitors from the mounting bracket, and level and mount the mounting bracket. After that place the arms BACK onto the mounting bracket with the monitors already attached. I would honestly give this a 3.5, but I'll round up to 4 because it seems to be working fine enough. I would give a higher rating if I'd be able to manipulate the range of motion closer to the bracket so I could get the monitors closer together. Read more

This wall mount looks like it was built to wrestle with gravity and win. The gas spring arm is smooth and adjustable, making it easy to position a monitor exactly where it needs to be. It holds up to 22 pounds, which is plenty unless someone is trying to mount a flat-screen TV and call it a “monitor.” Installation is straightforward, though it does require a drill and a bit of patience. The instructions are clear enough, but you’ll still spend a few minutes wondering if you’re holding the bracket upside down. Once it’s secured, though, the mount feels solid and dependable. The materials are sturdy and the joints don’t feel cheap. The gas spring adjustment is surprisingly smooth, though it takes a little fiddling to get the tension just right. It’s not flimsy, and it doesn’t wobble once the monitor is in place. The black finish is sleek and blends in well with most setups. The arm extends and retracts easily, giving flexibility for different desk arrangements. It’s practical, functional, and just stylish enough to make you feel like you upgraded your workspace. :D Good Things 👍 - Has lasted 5 years of use with no problems - Sturdy build with solid materials - Smooth gas spring adjustment - Holds up to 22 pounds reliably - Sleek black finish fits most setups Bad Things 👎 - Installation requires tools and patience - Tension adjustment can be finicky - Instructions could be clearer - Not suitable for oversized monitors Read more
