Good-looking and solid

I rate what I buy, but I rarely write reviews. I know there are other pen monitor friends out there who are wondering if there’s a mount they can trust with their hella expensive equipment. This one’s for you. tl;dr: get it. It’s worth the $$ to protect your monitor and your physical health. •Looks: This mount looks great in my studio, sleek annd professional. Unlike a monitor mount I’m returning, it doesn’t look cheap. •Construction: This mount is metal, except for the plastic pieces (which are well fitted) that are removable for cord management. I had enough room in the cord channel for HDMI, USB, and power cables. •Assembly: I really like how the VESA plate is attached to the monitor first, then the monitor is lifted on to the arm. This beats 15+ years of other mounts where you’d have to attach at least one part of the arm to the monitor then lift that on to the base. •Installation: This is the first time I’ve felt confident enough in a mount to use the clamp to attach it to my table instead of making a hole. The clamp is ALL metal, 4.5” x 4.25” on top, 2” x 2” under, 3/16” thick and wraps around the edge of the table. It tightens using a bolt inserted through the base, rather than a knob underneath. •Adjustment: don’t be afraid to keep turning the adjustment screw for the gas spring until the arm is Goldilocks. It’s very tight. •Options: I like that I had a choice in whether or not to use the included USB cables and their outlets. Right now, I’m leaving the USB outlet covers on, because I don’t like the bright blue cables (why are they blue instead of white or black?) When I find white cables, I’ll use the outlets. •Conclusion: This is my favorite monitor arm ever. It’s built like a tank AND it looks great. Read more

Great arm, no issues!

I was originally worried that my monitor would be too heavy or have tilt issues but this monitor arm is great! No tilt or drop issue and instructions and assembly are super simple. The only suggestion I have is making sure your monitor is VESA compatible, otherwise you will need adapter screws, like I used in the third pic. I have an Acer Acer EI322QUR and used these screws to make it work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BPD7Z86R?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title Read more

Works perfectly for ultra wide monitor!

I went through several arms before finding this. Thankfully Amazon allows returns and I was able to buy with confidence. This arm is extremely sturdy and there is no give with both the tilt or arm height adjustments. I am able to move this up and down with ease when I need to access ports under my monitor or behind my pc. Tightening the adjustment screws doesn’t take long or an impact gun or any type of excessive force. Just the little tool they give you in the product. It doesn’t sag in any way. Btw I am using the new innocn ultra wide monitor which is an awesome monitor and weights around 35 lbs based on the description. Highly recommend also! I’ll be back to share an update incase this product fails me! Read more

Worth the higher price

After dealing with multiple arms that failed to properly support larger wide screen monitors becoming common place greater than 30" I looked for a heavier duty solution but separating the marketing from reality can be hard. This arm feels like a jump up in quality justifying the higher price. It was very easy to install and holds up an ultra wide 34" like it's nothing. Considering how much I had to adjust tension down I'm confident it could hold a much heavier monitor without issue and the length allows for better positioning for ultra wide monitors. The only criticism I can even think of is the clamping mechanism requires the arm to be removed to loosen it, but since it's easy to loosen the pinning screw and remove the arm, that's probably a lot safer than trying to move it with arms or even monitors attached so hard to hold that against it. Arm is bulky

I can’t say I totally love this item but it is better than what I had which is a table monitor stand that too space away from the desk. The arm allows you to have the monitor rotate and goes up and down and side to side. Helpful to move around when you need the monitor to be moved .. it’s a bit bulky though, I would of liked it to be slimmer. Read more

Great quality, heavy duty, sleek design

Design: Built really well! Super heavy duty, I have the max screen size for the weight requirement but it has been the best style to add to my home office. Looks so nice, love the white! Assembly: I'm not good at putting things together with instructions and somehow I was able to put this together within an hour. At first I was struggling but the pictures on the instructions eventually made sense to me and if I can do it.. anyone can do it. Careful, where you place it on the desk is hard to move after you put it together so try to get the connection point with the desk where you want it the first time. Read more

Could have been good

I could not get this mount to go down and be a little lower. I spent hours going left and right but the arm absolutely would not move, it was very frustrating. Also, one piece was very sharp and looked like the metal had been broken off or cut all wrong and then painted over. If not for this reason I would have kept it but it just didn’t work for me. A headache to setup

I liked the color and thought this would be great for desk setup for when working at home. The setup is pretty forward using the instructions but the tension in the arm holding the monitor was a pain. The other issue I ran into was one of the holes where a screw was supposed to go, the threads were stripped. I ended up going with a cheaper arm and had it setup in half the time and a whole lot less frustration. Read more
