This is the second pair of inserts from this company. These are great. They accommodate my wide foot and are reasonably priced. These really help me walk. Will buy again! Read more

When I have this insert in my shoes there is no pain, can stay standing longer, and the price is just right. I have bought five pairs. Only problem I have is that I have so many shoes I can’t always remember what shoe I out the inserts in. Read more

So glad I found these!! Other brands did not work and I have to return them. I wear Skechers Max cushioning sneakers with goga mat, and they feel so soft and comfortable on my feet. But I realized that even though they felt great, my feet would have a lot of problems later--finally diagnosed as insertional Achilles tendonitis. I didn't have enough arch support in the shoes even though they were cushioned like a cloud and absorbed shock well. I ordered these based on the reviews to try in my Skechers to see if that would make a difference, and it really has! I'm so glad they fit perfectly in the shoes and that I had a wide width in the Skechers. I had reached the point where if I walked more than a mile, especially if it involved walking uphill, my heels would be very painful after, especially if I sat down for awhile, like in a car to drive home after a hike. I would literally be hobbling. I'd have to ice my heels and rest them. I put these inserts in my Skechers and now I can walk far with very little pain during or afterward. I love that I can take them out and put them in my old yard work shoes and know my feet will not hurt later. One thing I will say that I learned about my specific feet: using arch supports like these works best if the shoe has enough cushioning. That allows these insoles to flex a bit and for your feet to have enough shock absorption. I don't find these as comfortable if I put them in shoes without cushioning. They don't provide enough shock absorption on their own, IMO. Read more

Created my own problem. Began experiencing plantar pain but stubbornly, I refused to stop running. Eventually I had to listen but I bore easily and couldn't stay still, so I figured walking would be less impactful on tissue. Honestly, I think I made things worse since walking involves the entire base of foot instead of the mid and forefoot as is typical with running. At this point it's either a doctor or an insole. So I purchased this product and surprising enough, I had instant relief. I don't know if it elevates the heel or what but it works. Just incase anyone is wondering, arch height is about 30mm and slim enough to fit in my Asics running shoes. Some insoles are very rigid to the point of being painful, this one isn't. Going to purchase more as a backup. Read more
