This is great for those who need to walk but maybe can't walk for long or far. The size makes it fit almost anywhere. A standing desk can make this s perfect work area. Set up is 10 minutes max. Cut all the tape and wrap off box before trying to get pad out. The box opens and you can slide or lift the pad out. If you are unable to lift or pull the weight. Then I advise having it close to where you plan to use it. There is little wheels that will make it easier to move. The accompanying handle bar is more for something to grab just in case you get a stumble. The remote is great. When done or need to pause. Just hit the button. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this walking pad because I work from home, and I don't get a lot of movement. But after I ordered it, I saw that a reviewer wrote it was not good for people who are tall. I am 5' 9 1/2". When I first tried the pad, I found myself holding onto the bar for balance which wasn't great.… In that regard it is not good for tall people but… once I got the hang of it I found my balance by swinging my arms in the natural way you do when you walk. It took a few tries but I got used to it,and now I think it is fine. I do wish the bar were higher. There are times where I need to steady myself. But I just lean down a little and hold the bar until I feel comfortable letting go again. In general it works fine and I like the readout showing how far you have walked, how many calories you have burned, and you can use the remote control to set it for how long you want to walk or how far you want to walk. So it has worked out well. If you are a tall person who thinks you will need to hold onto something the whole time to be steady I don't think it would work for you (unless you put it next to something you can hold onto. I did that with my bar countertop at first) but otherwise it works fine and serves the purpose for some indoor exercise. I love the remote and the size of this walking bad. The handle bar is a joke though, its way to short to actually use your phone on or even your arms on. I also thought it the handle bars lower down, but no you have to screw it on and off to use. Overall, I get my use out of it, but I've seen better options on tiktok so there's that. Read more

I swear it's smaller than what is listed. It's actually much smaller than the pictures, i'm 5'5" and the bar comes up below my waist. Still, it's actually perfectly usable for brisk walking. If you have a tablet or phone on there to watch a show you're going to be looking down the entire time because that bar is so short. The bar actually uses screws to hold it in, so it's not really feasible to take it out to store under a couch or something. It is slim though, and there are wheels in the front to help you move it around. Assembly is straightforward and not difficult. It's fairly quiet. I haven't tried full out running on this but it goes faster than I can walk. Read more
