These are Great! I had a pair up to a few years ago until they accidentally got thrown out inside of my old boots. I absolutely felt the difference and more than that, I could see how it evenly distributed the wear on the soles of my boots. Without them the wear on the soles was showing how my feet were slanting inward wearing out the sole at ball of my foot. These straightened it back out again. Do yourself a favor and get a pair. So glad I found the solid ones. Im not to sold on the other type with the softer padding that eventually breaks down. Read more

100 percent hard plastic, best insert I've ever bought. Would highly recommend. I should have special made ones for my feet, but who can afford $300 inserts from a podiatrist. Read more

Don't be fooled by the low price. This is not equivalent insole to the products offered by competitors at double the price. Save your money and spend a little more. You will be glad you did. The heel walls on the sides near heel end up under the foot and dig into heel bone. Not comfortable. I ordered the right size but they are too small for man's 11 shoe size foot. They also slide around in shoe unlike competitor's brands. They are made from a very soft gel like material that is flexible. They are not firm and offer no arch support because of this. The arch flattens drastically as your weight is on it. I would not recommend these. Do some research, and Walk Fitter with another brand that is firm and offers reliable arch support and doesn't have heel walls digging into your foot. Read more

At 60 my arches were not as strong has in the past and my feet will painful. These Orthotics supported my arches and the pain subsided. Initially I could only wear the inserts for a few hours each day Later I was able to wear them all day. My feet are still adjusting to the orthotics and my pain is not completely gone but my feet are not hurting like they were. Read more

They are a pretty good insert as far as structure goes but they are made out of something like silicone so you cannot slide your feet right in. As you put your foot in it slides the insert forward. Also, the area that cups the heel goes up to a sharp edge that cuts the inside of the shoe. So, if you sand the edges to a rounded edge and spend more to get a simple flat insole to cover it, that may work as it should be intended. MAKE it out of plastic, you know, the slick stuff. Read more
