This is a great product. Well designed, functional, helpful. We have two dental items - electric flosser and electric toothbrush - which had to be plugged and unplugged individually for use in the two outlet receiver which already had a night light in one. This outlet extender not only added outlets for both these devices but there are still several to be used. To secure the cords onto the wall, I used clear cable clips. which makes for a very tidy look. There are also ports for USB connections (mobile phone) and a built-in night light. I have yet to figure out what to do with the shelf; perhaps a small clock. (My phone charges elsewhere.) One issue: there is a small bolt included with the package. The manufacturer responded that it is to be screwed into the hole in the center to stabilize the unit. I did this and managed to jam the red reset button. The electrician is coming tomorrow. As the unit seemed sturdy before tightening the bolt, I think I'll leave it out once the outlet is repaired or replaced. Read more

This functions great, we use it in the bathroom to keep our electric toothbrushes up off the counter and we still have additional plugs for blow dryer, curling irons and can still charge phones at the same time. All that and a night light to boot. Win win. Read more

Nice that it has plugs and with the body facing out in addition to USB ports, they also have on the edge for slots to help guide the chords. Read more

The description of this item was accurate and exactly what I was looking for. I have it in my bathroom and can plug in my straightener, curling iron and charge my phone all at the same time. The shelf is perfect for your cell phone to sit on. The night light was an added bonus! Didn't realize it had that feature until I plugged it in. Very pleased with this purchase. Read more
