High Quality, Multiple speeds
We bought this to replace an older one that we never liked. Our old one seemed to have one speed…fast. This is a quality mixer with many choices for speed. The beaters are not flimsy aluminum like some, but very strong and of good quality. We just started making our own bread and the bread kneader beaters are outstanding. 1. Quiet. Not so quiet you can use it while people are sleeping nearby, but you could if you were on the other end of the house. 2. It's quite easy to use. The attachments eject with a button for easy cleaning. 3. The only thing different from other mixers is how quiet it is. I wouldn't spend that much on a mixer unless it were a big requirement for it to be quiet. 4. I love the vintage themed design. It's awesome. Read more
