I have used this watch winder for only a few days, and it seems to be doing a great job keeping our Rolex watches right on time. I use my Rolex on a daily basis and my wife uses hers on certain occasions. Great that there are different settings for each watch. The blue light is nice to have it shows that the winder is active. Thought I might not like the Bamboo look, however it looks very nice, and the stainless-steel is a beautiful accent. Very quiet and smooth-running motors, having the different shaped pillows is a great idea. Watches do not move around during rotation. Always stop right side up so you can see time. First and foremost this product is of the highest quality. It runs completely silent, and all movements are very smooth. My previous winder I kept in my closet because of the noise - I can keep this one right next to the bed and not hear it at all! Every detail down to the shipping is top of the line! I've had several watch winders over the years and this is by far the most impressive product I've seen. In addition to how well it works - it has a stunning look. I can proudly display my watches. In the past my winders were only used for their function - not for display purposes. I was also impressed with the service the company provides. I've only had the watch winder for a day, but my initial impression is very positive. I love the design look and the overall ease of operation. (But my spouse thinks it looks like a stereo system from the '80s. LOL.) I have to say this product came very well packed, perhaps too well, as it took a while to get through all the layers of packing. Once I got the watch winder unpacked, I immediately tested the modes on two watches, timing each cycle. It works perfectly! I also checked to see if the watch winder is magnetized in any area and happily it is not. I really like the ability to control each watch holder separately, as my spouse and I have different watch wearing habits. The various sized cushions are also great, perfect for his & her configurations. My one small nit is that the watch holder cutouts are hard plastic and only have lining on the bottom. I would have preferred a soft lining anywhere that might touch the watch. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the product! I have owned this watch winder for six weeks and am now ready to provide a review. To begin with, the packaging was truly outstanding and the product arrived in perfect condition. No marks, scratches, blemishes, cracks, etc. The winder has functioned flawlessly for the six weeks that I have used it for my two favorite watches: a Panerai and a Bell & Ross (a quick Google search will give you an idea of both the size and value of those watches). This winder functions as well as my previous winder (a Steinhausen which cost two and a half times more than this one). In addition, it is almost completely silent as compared to the Steinhausen which could be heard all night from across the bedroom. I keep the new winder barely 6 feet from the head of my bed and I really don't hear it at all. I have read reviews that critically point out the blue LED lights that are displayed on the front of the unit and that reflect out of several service access holes at the back of the unit. I agree with others that these lights seem to be an unnecessary annoyance but the manufacturer does provide a couple of small adhesive dots to cover the front facing lights. I mentioned this to the manufacturer in an email exchange and I was told that they are working to alleviate that issue. Meanwhile, an inch of duct tape over the rear access ports has cured that issue for me (a small price to pay for an otherwise fine product). In addition, I have read complaints about the "cheap" foam "pillows" that support the watch, but as for my own experience, they are far, far superior to the ones provided with my prior winder which, although spring-loaded and covered in a silk-like material, fell apart rather quickly and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $40 each. Moreover, those pillows allowed my watches to slip and slide enough to abrade the leather watchbands as they rubbed against the surface of the faux-felt interior of the winding cylinders. The foam rubber pillows provided with my new winder are very solid and firm and hold both watches very securely. The winding cylinders are smooth plastic and to date have not caused any damage. (Several extra "pillows" are also provide by the manufacturer). Only time will tell if this product continues to function properly well into the future but as of today it has exceeded my expectations and I am highly satisfied. Read more

Worked great for 4 years and 3 months and stopped working. It has been set on the intermitting mode since first setup when we purchased it in December 2020. Now when it stop and try to turn again it only makes clicking sounds and wont turn anymore. We didnt expect a $200 winder would only last few years. Read more

Arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged! Believe the quality is solid. Works very well and silent while winding our watches. Priced a bit higher than other models, however feel it is a very good value! Attractive model, but personally would prefer a darker wood case to work with our more traditional decor. Read more
