Functional-but noisy. LED color changing lights don't turn off.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Brand: RetroStick, Water Air Purifier Accessory for Home This is more of a scent diffuser than an "air purifier". I have owned the rain-mate brand previously, and this is very similar in design. You receive instructions, 6 different scents, and the 2 piece machine-bowl and lid/motor. No filter is needed. Not UL listed for electrical safety in the US. It is C E rated: "A CE rating for electrical products is a marking that indicates the product conforms to European Union (EU) health, safety, and environmental protection standards". Two fill lines-minimum and maximum. Add water. Add several drops of a scent. Set the lid on-it doesn't screw on. Plug in, and flip the rocker switch to turn on and off. This has led color changing lights that can't be turned off. The machine is pretty noisy whether it's at a low or high level of water... So, I do like its functionality, but the fact that it's noisy and the lights can't be turned off, make this impossible to sleep near-which is why I adjusted my review rating. Overall, I like the scent Diffusing capabilities this has and I feel this is a very good value at just under $16. Read more
Fresh smelling house
The media could not be loaded. I really like this air purifier. The air smells fresh and clean. It is a little on the loud side kinda like hearing a dishwasher or washing machine running. I placed mine down the hall away from the living area. I still can hear it. I don’t mind the noise as long as I have a fresh smelling house. Be aware some of these oils are not pet friendly. You must research before using to keep it safe for your pet. I used 3-4 drops the first try and it was way too strong. I recommend 2. Just my opinion. Read more
