I absolutely love this water flosser. It is very easy to use and one charge lasts me almost a month. I use it several times a day. I love that I can adjust the water flow and the cycle. I saw some negative reviews originally about the adjusting but you can adjust BEFORE you turn it on. Since I am doing Smile Direct aligners, sometimes my teeth and gums are more sensitive and I can just turn the pressure down. This works so much better than flossing!! I highly recommend. Read more

I am so happy with this purchase! I still have my wisdom teeth & one of them are coming in at an angle, which causes food to get stuck. This water flosser gets that food out… on the lowest setting. My dentist told me to keep it on the lowest setting & I did so naturally because the medium & high setting kind of hurt. Worth the purchase! I was unsure how to use it at first. Another person said they use it in the shower. But it is so doable to bend over the sink & floss that way too, which is what I do. Before I bought this item, I saw someone disclosed that there’s a mold issue with it. I can definitely see that happening down the line due to difficulty cleaning tight spaces (ie the hose that is attached the the top piece to bring the water up from the bottom piece). However I leave the bottom piece & top piece separate to dry & hopefully prevent mold build-up. So far so good. Read more

Because the water is drawn from the tube that enters the tank, you hold the flosser mostly upright as the tank starts to drain. So you floss as if you were using a park water faucet and move your head around to where the water needs to go. That's fine for shooting water at the outside gum lines and the inside gumline of your uppers, but not good for the inside gum line of your lowers. So, if you want to do the inside gumline, start with the lowers (when the tank is full, you can hold the unit at nearly any angle). I got this as a backup and also for travelling, and it was fine the 5 times I've tried it out. But my main water flosser is a standard style base unit with a wand. The wand is easier to angle because it's less bulky, and I can aim at any angle because the water is drawn from the upright base unit. Nit pick: I use the softest intensity and it's fine for my gums. The higher ones hurt my hand so I would not use them on my gums, but if you're mainly shooting at teeth, I can see how the extra power could be useful. However, the controls are soft touch and it seems easy to accidentally touch the intensity control and get a higher setting (I've been careful, so that has not happened). Read more

I can’t believe all the features and the power this battery operated portable provides. I had the brand name Waterpik portable that cost more but does not come close to what this product offers. If you want a strong force of water, you’ll get it, medium - yes, milder - yes, pulse - yes, it has other features I haven’t tried. Another important thing is the battery is charged using the provided USB cord. AND the water tank is twice as big as my Waterpik portable. It came packed securely, all piks, tongue cleaner, toothbrush (I haven’t tried that yet) as described in their offer were all included. I’ve flossed and brushed my teeth twice a day for years. When I had a dental exam a couple of years ago, there was a deep pocket my dentist was concerned about. He suggested a Water Pik. Once I tried it, I didn’t realize the tiny particles still left in my teeth after all the flossing and brushing I did. If this is your first time thinking about buying a water flosser, I can’t recommend this product enough. Oh, my husband uses the regular water pik and wanted to try mine. I gave him one of the extra piks to use. He was so impressed that he told me to order him one!!! All I can say is that you will not be disappointed with this product. And the price is unbelievable for the quality you’ll get. Read more

Lol when I turned this on it was at full powerrrr and I blasted my face off and sprayed it all over the bathroom! Do yourself a favor & turn it down beforehand. Warm water is better than room temperature. This really works great and it’s a good deal at $20. Using for several days & haven’t had to charge it yet. I might just use it in the shower until I get better at this. Lol Read more

I purchased 4 of these in Nov 2021. Three were gifted and one stayed with me. Once I learned to use it on my teeth and not spray the entire bathroom, I can’t go a day without using it! My mouth has never felt so clean…unfortunately, in April 2025, the battery will no longer hold a charge. I’m disappointed it didn’t last longer with adequate care. Read more

Like many, I skimmed the manual at best and went straight to playing with the switches (though I do recommend a full charge before first using - it does tell you that). It was intuitive enough, and really surprised me the first time around. I’ve used many over the years but the power in this thing is crazy. Start on a lower setting than you’re used to. 😉 it’s well made, travels well and the battery really does allow a lot of weeks and everyday use (twice a day!) before needing a charge. Accessories attach easily and the water tank is the perfect size. We own two and would buy again if needed. Read more

I initially thought this was a great flosser. It worked well and was easy to use. However, after just a few months the battery performance dropped significantly, and it no longer holds a charge. Since the battery isn’t replaceable, there’s no real way to fix it. Now I have to buy a new flosser that uses a plug-in power cable instead. Overall, it was disappointing that the battery didn’t last. Read more
