The media could not be loaded. I love this water flosser, but it just has one major design flaw that keeps me from giving it a perfect score. In the water reservoir, there is a lip at the very top where the basin attaches to the flossing unit itself. This lip is so difficult to clean and because it’s constantly having water run through it of course it gets moldy, and yet because of the way it’s designed it’s nearly impossible to get anything up there to be able to clean the mold out of this lip. It drives me absolutely crazy. I’ve tried boiling water, hydrogen peroxide & water, baking soda, buying a special metal straw cleaning brushe & and only the bendable straw cleaning brushes have been able to get anywhere close to it. Aside from that it’s got great water pressure. It’s easy to use, holds a charge for a long time, and the water reservoir is very large, which I like. But the damn lip in the water reservoir that gets moldy drives me absolutely nuts! Read more

I bought this almost a year ago for use on my elderly dog that has severe dental issues and whose mouth must be irrigated after every meal. We use it twice a day for about a minute, and I've had to charge it only a handful of times. The nozzle broke only because I dropped it, but it came with another nozzle that so far has lasted without issue. It leaks only when I've screwed on the reservoir wrong. The lowest setting is gentle enough for my dog's gums, as the other settings seem pretty powerful. We irrigate in the shower because so much food particles come out. I’ve been wanting to buy a water flosser for over a year but I kept wondering if a portable one would be powerful enough. My dental hygienist recommended this one and for the price I decided it was definitely worth a try. I’m so glad I purchased it and will be ordering one for each of my family members. I’ve had it for about a month now and can say that it holds a charge well. It’s powerful enough on high, quiet, and the side spout makes it easy to refill. I keep mine in the shower because I find it it’s a little bit of a messy process and it’s super easy to refill in there. My hygienist also recommended filling it with 25% mouthwash and then the rest of the way with warm water and I have to say it definitely gets my teeth way cleaner than just regular flossing! I love the cordless and rechargeable aspect of this water flosser. The water pressure is great -- not too powerful, yet perfect for flossing. I like the design except for the fact that I had an "I Love Lucy" moment when I first turned it on because I didn't have the nozzle in my mouth. Water was shooting EVERYWHERE -- on the walls, the mirror, in my face! At least I got a good chuckle out of the moment. 😂 I provisionally recommend and if anything untoward happens that's the fault of the water flosser, not its user, I'll give an update. Read more
