I bought this 1 year ago to replace the Water Pik and now I want to let shoppers have conference to buy it. Before I used the branded product, Water Pik, and it broke within a year for both devices, for home and for travel. I didn't trust in Water Pik so I tried this one. With less than half price of water pik, i didn't expect it work so well and last long, but i was totally wrong. After a year of using, it has been working so well and strong. Easy to use as 1, 2, 3 and the material much more good quality than Water Pik. I highly recommend this product and strongly NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY Water Pik product because I did have bad experiences about it. Trust me, Ignore all low rate, this must be 5* Read more
Just as good as my old Waterpik that finally kicked the bucket, but much cheaper. Prior to buying this one, I bought another inexpensive water flosser that was a piece of junk. This one operates smoothly and consistently. I like that I could use my old Waterpik attachments with this one. No complaints! Read more

When our old water flosser finally became inoperable, we invested in this irrigator. Its price was less than half of what the "famous" brand of dental flosser would have cost to replace. This unit is absolutely the peer of, if not superior to, our previous dental device. The reservoir holds 600 ml. with the contents indicated by a scale on the blue tinted tank which is more transparent than is the blue on the old machine. This allows a clearer view of the fluid remaining. There are 10 pressure settings on an easily turned dial. The on/off switch is on the hand piece into which any of the six (6) dental irrigation tips can be snapped. These tips are absolutely identical (interchangeable) to those on our previous machine. The cleansing pressure on this vs. the “name brand” old unit is at least as, if not more powerful. I have not yet raised the pulsation and pressure to its highest level. A nice unexpected feature is that the unit is mounted on four small suction cups so that it sticks in place on the wet sink counter top. A 12 month warranty period completes the purchase. Read more
The only thing I don’t like is the shut off system. The last one I owned was 20 years old, but all I had to do was release a button to stop the water instead of shutting it off. It was much more convenient to just release the button while spraying. Also, this one has a delay when starting, and the cord has to be in the right position for it to move the water. I think there are better ones out there. Read more
This item when received appears to match the description very well.. I bought it in September 2024 and began using it in Janaury 2025. It worked well until December25, 2025. I used it once a day, but by exception sometimes twice a day. The ON/OFF switch on the handle became stiffer to use as time passed. The motor does not now run either. It is now out of one year warranty. It has been a useful experience working wih this unit, but it seems I now have to buy a new one and this time a more expensive one with a longer warranty. The moving parts that are faulty is the switch, which is very stiff. The switch simply allows the water to flow through or not. The motor has ceased to operate. Water runs through the unit OK. It seems that the motor has broken and needs to be replaced. I have the unit here. so it could be inspected. Read more
My husband has had dental implants a year ago. The dentist recommended that he get this water flosser. Something that some people might not know about dental implants, is that after the posts are implanted into the gum, the teeth/denture is snapped onto the posts and are removable. So every night my husband removes them and uses this water flosser to clean the area where the teeth snap into place. It is very important to keep them clean and the flosser water gets into the area where there is a hole for the denture to fit into. He loves how much this flosser keeps them clean as he uses it on the teeth as well. He has been using it for a year and it still works fine and have had no issues with its operation. It comes with different attachments. Wonderful product! Definately would buy again. Read more
