This is a nice water pitcher. It has a nice blue hue and is clean looking. It does filter alot quicker than the Brita pitcher with the bigger filter. It refills easy with the hatch on top of the lid that opens and allows you to fill up the pitcher from the water pressure when filling under the faucet. There is no need to take the lid off when filling the pitcher. The spout does have a cover to keep stuff from entering the pitcher through spout. So far so good. Water tastes fine. Read more

I am with this WATERDROP WATER FILTER PITCHER. I changed from a well-known brand that I have used for 20 years and I would have changed to the WATER DROP brand years ago if I had known, it would be this much better. The water taste so pure the picture pours without leaking and the pitcher is sturdy very easy to clean and the water is much healthier than what I had been using. Read more

I ordered the water pitcher with a filter, and I also ordered a set of 3 extra filters. The pitcher filters the water well. I won't say the water is "softer" but it tastes better than water straight from the tap. I like the 10-cup size for just the two of us; it's easy to refill as needed. The color of the pitcher is good; I like the clearness of the pitcher so that I can see how much water is left in the pitcher (or whether it needs to be refilled. The filler opening at the top is interesting because when the reservoir is full, the opening auto closes. My minor suggestion to the company is to increase the size of the spout so that it's easier to pour the water into a water bottle with a small opening (an opening the size of a bottle of soda). What I really appreciated is the customer service of this company. Krystal, was a tremendous help in fixing the minor issue I had with the filter replacements (one was missing). Her professionalism, her can-do attitude, her immediate response to get me what I needed as quickly as possible turned an average purchase into a wow! moment. Very easy to set up. Make filtered water as you need it in minutes Pitcher is very sturdy and easy to clean. Long lasting Has an indicator light when filter need replacing My dogs seem to enjoy the filtered water since they are drinking more water Note: I got the alkaline filter first but changed to the regular since the alkaline water can upset a dogs chemistry per my vet. Really impressed with this pitcher. Filtering pitchers we’ve had in the past took quite some time to fill. This one is super fast and the water tastes great. I think the size is just right for our refrigerator. Not nearly as heavy and bulky as other pitchers. Quality is great and I like that there’s not a tap on the side which sometimes would drip.
