I’m very satisfied with my Waterdrop filter! Rosie C from customer service was amazing — she helped me resolve my issue quickly and provided clear, easy-to-follow steps. Thanks to her guidance, my filter is working perfectly. The water is now crystal clear, tastes fresh and clean, and has no unpleasant odor. It feels refreshing and safe to drink straight from the tap. The filter really makes a difference in quality and taste. Excellent product and excellent support — highly recommend! Read more

I would like to start Thanking WaterDrop Manufacturing an Excellent system which looks sophisticated on CounterTop, Compact in nature and most importantly good water supply that tastes excellent. I used to have older system that came with water softener(Dupure) and it is good cannot say great since it is my first RO system and did NOT know the difference. After 5 years of paying a ton of money for filters and to replace them them additional fee for the technician, I finally gave up the thought of spending close to $500 to replace the filters as my water line(RO) is NOT giving me any water. Other weird thing is I need to fill in Air in the reserve tank every Winter, if not the water does NOT come out faster enough. What I think is great about this system X12 1: It has 2 Modes Energy saving which saves power for me as it runs on electricity, regular mode which I can use during a family gathering where lot of water need to be pumped in less time. 2: The display shows what is your water impurities as the water flows out, it is usually for me 19 to 21 which is the best possible water you can drink. 3: Compact design gets under the sink occupying less space. 4: You can set the amount of water that should be dispensed every time, this is an amazing feature if you have kids and sometimes dont pay attention to turn off the water. 5: Changing Filters is a breeze and dont need to pay the Technician $150. Also you need to schedule and stay home for the repair. 6: Most importantly the Customer Service, they are amazing and I will NOT be able to say how much they helped in installing the system and questions I have to make the system up and running. In my case I have to involve a Plumber to replace the Old system with X12 as our old system has complex installation. But there a videos and manual that can be followed easily to setup the system. For now I am Happy I made the move and water tastes like water should. Caution: If used to drinking tap water initial days you can feel it is different and this is because your taste buds are used to a taste and anything different you may NOT like it and body takes time to adjust. I posted the review to help others who delay things like me and wasting money trying to keep the old system running and not sure which system to move to. In my case this is the Best decision, everybody has different budgets so pick a system based on your needs. Also Waterdrop occasionally has deals on the systems, so subscribe or visit their website to save some more money. Read more

This is complete overkill but it addresses the two things I hate about RO systems: - The large tank - Water dribbling out and taking forever to fill coffee pot. It is compact for what it is and fits under the sink very nicely. Makes a noise while dispensing but it isn't that bad -- the water running is about as loud. Fills my pitcher in about 20 seconds so that is great. Would 28 seconds be OK? Yea probably the 1200 would have been fine too. The bayonet style filters are a personal preference choice. It does make them more expensive to replace but they are FAR easier than the filters where you have to dis-assemble the unit to replace them. I am a little bit concerned about the longevity of the computerized dispenser. It works well but a mechanical lever would have been just fine. The quantity knob is kind of nifty but mostly a gimmick. Would be really cool if it could be pulled out and run directly into coffee pot. The dispenser is much larger than I thought looking at the pictures and leaves lots of room to fill large containers. Installation was very easy except for two things I forgot to order: 1) A drip mat. Has not leaked and I don't expect it to but I don't want to have to pull it out to replace filters. Past experience is something always drips. Maybe I over-tighten or under-tighten something, maybe I accidentally yank one of the hoses out while messing around, maybe filters drip when removing them. Better safe than sorry. 2) A proper drain connector to attach drain line to garbage disposal dishwasher line instead of drilling holes. My particular installation does not have a vertical pipe long enough to drill due to deep sink but even if it did I prefer to hook up with plumbed in connectors rather than the saddle clamp. Other than forgetting those things their claim that installation takes less than half the time as a traditional tank system are absolutely true. The hardest part was lugging bucket after bucket of water out to dump on the garden during the 35 minute flush cycle. Water tastes great (I got the alkaline re-mineralization version). My water was never horrible in the first place though -- main use is to remove salt added by water softener. Update from Spouse in case Waterdrop reads these: A great product would be even better if the base of the dispenser was slightly larger and it came with a pull-out hose similar to the sink faucet. I would love to be able to just hold it over the coffee pot. Read more
