I love that it’s cordless and comes with its own travel bag. It includes multiple attachments for oral cleaning and three speed settings, which makes it very practical and easy to use. It has an excellent presentation, works really well, and helps clean areas where a regular toothbrush can’t reach. In my opinion, the overall quality and performance make it well worth the investment. Read more

I was looking for a cordless Waterpik, and this one has been great. Even after many tanks of water, it still has plenty of power left for next use before charging. The water container is easy to fill—which is good, because for a thorough cleaning I usually refill it multiple times. I can clean all top teeth, inside and out, with slow motion on onebtank. Same for bottom. I do take the extra time to clean top and bottom two times each, a total of four fills (maybe a bit overkill 😄). I really like having adjustable pressure with three levels/ settings. I currently use low or medium. The pulsing jet does an excellent job cleaning between teeth. I do floss, but according to my dental hygienist, the pockets between teeth need extra care and a waterpik was recommended. I love the extra-clean feeling after using it. As for noise, I’m not sure why anyone would complain. The motor sound is minimal and not an issue at all. An electric toothbrush makes noise too, and my name brand toothbrush might even be louder. I purchased extra waterjet heads for later. Right now I am still using the general purpose one from the new kit and I am very happy with it. The device charges with a magnetically attached wireless charger and works well. It plugs into a USB-A wall adapter. Some people mentioned the charger was not included. I can confirm ours came with just the cable, which was fine since we already have many adapters available. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended!! Read more

Works really nice for travel. Would give it 5 stars but two things that I feel are a let down. First, they provide a bag, not a case for travel. Needs a travel case to really protect it. Second, removing the water canister is really tough. While that is good in that it doesn't leak in use, there should be a better way to provide some leverage to remove the water canister without fear of cracking the unit. Read more

My 15 year-old waterpik finally bit the dust so this was the replacement. I do like the cordless even though it holds a lot less water than the older tank style versions most times I find it holds plenty of water for as much as I need to do and if I need to go a second round it only takes seconds to refill the water. This has a plug-in charger that has a magnetic grip easy to recharge when needed although you shouldn’t have to recharge often. I like my first model this has three different speeds or levels of pressure. Usually medium works well although I have used the highest setting occasionally. My teeth are very close together and even using that flat floss I find that it’s difficult to get floss in between some of my teeth so I’ve always liked to use a water pic and because of limited counter space I started using the handheld version instead of the original style. This is very easy to travel with it is light weight when empty. Very easy to use and clean and the waterpik brand is one that I would definitely recommend. There are other brands that are a little more trendy at the moment but when you look at them the companies are only in business for a short while or make 1000 other products. Waterpik has been around as long as I can remember and are definitely high-quality. Read more

OK. So our dental hygenist said to order this specific waterpik. She suggested using it in the shower like she and her family did. She referred to it as waterproof. Sounded good to me. So I went to Amazon (my go-to for all shopping). The Waterpik ad said it was waterproof and could be used in the shower. Confirmation I was on the right track. So I ordered it. When I opened the directions, I searched for the "waterproof" rating. All I found was a warning NOT TO IMMERSE IN WATER. Yikes. So I packed it for return but decided to ask Rufus a question regarding this. I was told that it IS safe for use in the shower, but warned not to run the main motorized part in the dishwasher or immerse in the tub or sink. So waterproof is not really water--p-r-o-o-f. It is water resistant. We'll give it a try. Hopefully, the hygenist is correct and I won't be just throwing away $71.00. `Update: Note that these apparently come fully charged. I almost returned it when the charging light didn't go on, but they have a very good & prompt phone customer service. I was told that if fully charged the the charging status light doesn't go on. Good to know but not in the directions. I also hd difficulty figuring out how to attach the charger. There is no plug in port--which is why you can take it into the shower. The charger is magnetic but try as I could, I couldn't find out where to place it. It has to go right over the waterpik name on the front. And it MUST be face up. If face down it will not attach. Not sure why--but no mention of any of this in the directions. So again, this almost went back. But the customer service did clarify. Read more
