Excellent Waterpik at first I thought the more expensive one would be good and ordered it. It was DOA so they replaced it with another of the same. The second one had very low water pressure. I decided to try this one a cheaper version and it is great. The water pressure is great and it is so easy to use in that respect like the other one but this one works great and at half the price almost. Read more

The rechargeable Waterpik works great and as intended. It’s is easy to use and the grips on the back of the handle help to stabilize while “piking”. The product itself came with 4 detachable tips but, I believe there are more if you’d like. The only thing I wish was a little more well designed is where the water is taken in the reservoir. It’s at the bottom, so if you don’t have a fully filled tank and tilt or turn the Pik, the water won’t flow out. Also, seems like it’d break if you dropped it on tile, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, great product and fully recommend for anyone who wants to better floss their teeth without string. Read more

Works excellent, I appreciate that the head rotates , however I believe the water pick unit with the small hose and larger reservoir would be more efficient so to the ease to direct the jet stream precisely where you want it. This particular unit has two settings, which is relatively easy and convenient to use. The reservoir hold enough water to efficiently floss half of the teeth, so I usually fill it up twice to complete my cleaning. These water picks will definitely improve your oral health if used daily. My wife now takes one to work to use after lunch, very convenient Read more

This water flosser works very well and is easy to use. The water pressure is strong enough to clean between teeth and along the gum line, but still gentle and comfortable. After using it, my mouth feels much cleaner and fresher. The design is lightweight and ergonomic, making it easy to hold. The water tank is a good size and simple to fill and clean. It’s great for daily oral hygiene and especially helpful for people with braces, crowns, or sensitive gums. Overall, this is a practical and affordable water flosser that delivers great Read more

I just got this for Christmas and have been wanting a Waterpik for a very long time! I love it already! It makes my teeth and gums feel sooo clean! I'm not a great flosser and this helps so much. The settings are easy to figure out and I'm excited to see my oral health improve on the daily. Great quality with no water leakage. Read more

This is my second waterpick from the company that started it all. The first one was discarded after it could barely hold a charge. It worked well and I was told by my hygienist that my teeth has less build up. I tried third party versions and now just bought this one. While they all work for cleaning teeth, the Waterpik version is much better built all around, thus partially justifying the higher cost. I like the design of the ON/OFF button that it is easier than the competitors to find the switch by feel and turn it on and off by one hand. The third party versions usually requires pressing a button that is recessed which can be hard to find and press. While this has only two power settings, the "High" setting is just right. Anything with more powers can be dangerous in my opinion if the jet is accidentally pointed at a sensitive part of the face (or the eyes). So why not 5-star? It is the electronics which in many way looks like the old one I bought more than 5 years ago. In this time and day, a rechargeable unit that does not tell us how much juice remains and communicate its charging status when being plugged in is simply not acceptable at this price point in 2022. This unit also does not use Li-batteries and I do not know how long one charge can last. My third party versions tend to use Li-batteries that can be charged quickly, and easily hold the charge for well over 2-weeks when used once daily. Finally the charging on this unit is not wireless and there is no cover for the Charging port. For the latter one worries whether minerals deposit over time can impair charging efficiency. Update: I finally returned it. The battery technology is so behind the curve and it impacted how one can satisfactorily use this product. One full charge does not seem to last two weeks, and there is no way of knowing when the power is low. When the power is out, you cannot use it while plugged in so you have to skip the cleaning. While it is being charged, you don't know when it is full, and the charging is very slowly that can take more than over night, depending on how low the battery is. I estimate if the battery is completely depleted, which is case most of the time it needs charging because you only learn about this when it stops working, it can take a whole day to fully charge, if not, it won't last a week. This is the same issue I ran into with the first generation of Waterpik more than 4 years ago, and it hasn't been fixed. I am taking down one star. Read more

I’ve used water flossers from Waterpik for years after learning about it when I first worked at a dental office, and by far the handheld cordless one is the worst.. Just save your money and spend a little more on the stationary model. Unlike those, you only have two pressure options which is so weak, it barely feels like it’s properly cleaning my gum line. The water tank is so small that I have to refill it 2-3 times just to fully clean my entire mouth whereas the stationary ones, I can clean my mouth with one fill.. Also, its important to get the inside of your gum line as well, however it is very difficult to even reach the inside with this device, since it has to be held upright or else the water is unable to come out. The only thing that I like about this, is that it is cordless and does not take up much countertop space. Read more

I had one of these in the past, and loved it. This one arrived without a cord, so I have to trade it in for another, but it is a good product. Read more
