This item is as described and arrived quickly (I expiated shipping since I was without any flosser tips). I am very excited that I can buy replacement tips for my device (Waterpik The Cordless Water Flosser WP-360) as I really love the this Water Pik! I received two blue low pressure tips and they fit into my Cordless Water Flosser (WP-360) with no problems. I had to get new ones after my other two (that originally came with the unit) both met their unfortunate demise in a travel bag and on my bathroom floor. I snapped my normal pressure tip in my bag (Side note: if you’re going to travel with your waterpik, remove the tip out of the device so it does not snap in your bag) so I was stuck with the high pressure tip for a good amount of time. It hurt my gums so much that I would purposely keep the battery almost dead to that the high pressure tip wasn't as strong. I was finally freed of the high pressure tyranny when my waterpik crashed to the floor and snapped the damn high pressure jet tip. (Side note: Use tweezers to remove the base of the Jet tip still stuck in the waterpik if this happens to you) I thought since I disliked the strength of the high pressure tip so much I should go ahead and buy low pressure tips. While these are very gentle- I feel like they are just barely getting the food particles out from between my teeth. So is this great for super sensitive area of your gums? Absolutely. Daily use as your everyday flosser? Not so much. Read more
