Good Quality but returning the product is a problem

I ordered this product and it is very good quality. Unfortunately it did not fit very well in my car and so I decided to return it. I could have ordered this product from their website but decided to order from Amazon since Amazon has an excellent product return process. Unfortunately for this product Amazon refers return to the supplier. I have to pay $12.75 postage and I don't know if I will get a refund. So be prepared to keep the product or pay postage if you decide to return it for any reason. This is my first time to experience this return process and was not explained in the listing. If you don't want to pay the return cost, better be careful as some of their products are heavy and costly to return. Read more
