This is a well-designed weighted vest. This is my first time trying out a weighted vest ad so far it has been a game changer in my weight loss and workouts. I hit a plateau so I thought by adding this extra weight I could "jump start" my metabolism back up again. It's easy to get on and off. It fits really well and is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. The adjustable Velcro strap that goes around your waist can sometimes bother my arms when walking as it rubs against them at times. Being that it's adjustable it can fit many different body types. My hubby is 180lbs and he is able to wear it comfortably as well. I started out at 217lbs and now at 200lbs in less than 2 months, I'd say it has done its job. The shoulder straps are thick (wide) and nicely padded ensuring comfort for your arms and shoulders. Comes with 16 ironsand removeable weights. This is a nice feature allowing you to adjust how much weight you want to carry depending on what workout. Also nice for those days you are hurting more than others allowing you to carry less weight but till get a good workout. Not only can the weights be added in the front but there are also pockets in the back for weights this allows an even distribution on weight. Has quality stitching and no loose hems or threads. The pockets where the weights go are nicely constructed with webbing on the bottom and durable quality fabric enclosing the rest. There's also padding between the weights and inner lining, ensuring a comfortable fit. It came with an arm band as well to carry your phone. Finally, and one of the most important features it's machine washable, this really completes the vest and makes it worth every penny. At first, I thought it was a tad pricey but after receiving it and trying it out I have to say it's worth it. Overall, A high quality, well designed weighted vest. Adjustable both weights and fit. This weighted vest is a great addition to workouts. The fit is comfortable and adjustable, so it doesn’t move around much when running or doing cardio. The iron sand weights are easy to add or remove, which makes it simple to adjust the intensity. I like that the weight is spread out evenly, so it doesn’t feel awkward or unbalanced. This is a solid modular weighted vest. It's comfortable enough, but it could be improved with some padding. The weight is a good start, but depending on where you are in your fitness journey this may not be enough. I have all the different weighted vests and I really like this style. While it’s bulkier looking than some of the others, it has a nice tight fit with the Velcro. This is the only vest I can jog in and not have it bounce all around. It’s good quality and a comfortable fit. The weight distribution is good and I feel balanced with it on. I like that you can adjust the weight although I’ve kept all 18 pounds on it. Read more

The quality is good. This being machine washable is a major plus, I have 3 different weighted vests- most are not washable and since you sweat so much in it they do get icky over time- so for this being machine washable if get an extra star, since being able to clean it extends its life and make me more comfortable wearing it. The should straps are thick and cushioned so it is more comfortable than thinner strapped vests or then non- cushioned vests. It wears really high and that makes me a bit tippy. I prefer vests that lay lower and distribute the weight a bit more evenly- I do like that weights can be on the back and the front- just front makes them harder to workout in. I think this is ideal for jogging and some leg workouts as it hits so high your legs have full flexibility. For only holding 18# total ( empty it is 2# and each bag is weighted so you can adjust the weight- I found the description 2-18 a little confusing at first thinking each side held 18#.) I do feel this is expensive. It being washable and those thick cushions shoulder straps do add value though. Pictured is on my 16 year old son- he wanted to wear it for a run. He is 210 lbs and 6’3” for reference he was adement to put it on with the straps to the back- straps should be on the front for ease in adjusting it/ putting it on/ taking it off. Excellent product and couldn’t be more pleased. Easy to get on and off and a lot of room to tighten or loosen the straps depending on your activity. I’ve had vests with a limited ability to looses or tighten which can be restrictive when breathing heavy. That is not the case here. The 16 individual weights are a great touch to provide weight options. Not a big deal, but the opening for the head is not as wide as I thought. Just be careful if you wear glasses or ear buds while working out. I knocked mine off while removing the vest the first time. Doesn’t affect the fit or comfort of the vest. Just be cognizant of it.
