Good vest.
I’ve been wearing on my dogs walks (2 mi) for about 3 weeks. It’s big for me but comfortable if I wrap the straps around the shoulder straps. Also 11 lbs is perfect for a 95 lb person, but I don’t run with it - only walking. Read more

I love it and I love the weight distribution and that it doesn't cover a lot. Why did you pick this product vs others?: look and not too overwhelming Fit: great. I am 5/11 Inches and fits great, adjustable Comfort: Very Build quality: I did not want the added pockets for builability. I liked that it was the one weight. Read more

Impressive! It's only 11lbs but is just enough to not over exert you. If you want that light footed feeling, wear this for an hour and you will definitely feel the difference. The straps and size could also be used for my lady friend so it is quite versatile! I thought it would be too small as I am a pretty big guy, but, was pleasantly surprised by its form factor. Would definitely recommend! Read more

I really like this vest. It's comfortable to wear and adjustable. It is a comfortable weight, but I wish the weights were adjustable though. It's easy to wear during workouts. Overall, I think it's a good value for the money. Read more
First, to put this into proper perspective of the user. I am a 146 pound, 85 y/o retiree. In my much younger years, I was a runner. Nothing serious. Middle of the pack at 10K and 10 mile road races. In my more recent past, I was a walker. Much more "age appropriate," I did 2 miles daily, 4 or 5 days a week. In the present, I have come a slug. Couch potato would be an understatement. Then I saw this listing and thought, what can it hurt to try. Just thinking about wearing it around, for a while, doing some of my daily household activities. Anything is better than nothing. Heck, 11 pounds shouldn't be a problem. The cat litter I purchase comes in four 10.5 bags/box. I can handle those, so half a pound more should not be an issue. So, thinking about salvaging what's left of this aging body, I ordered it. Then my mail carrier shows up. She comes to the door with a box. Obviously too big to fit in my curbside box, and says, be careful, this is pretty heavy. I take it from her and think, if this is the vest, I have a problem. That 11 pounds felt much heavier than those 10.5 pound bags of cat litter. I brought it in, opened it up, and laid the contents out on the couch. Once spread out, it didn't seem so ominous. The color was as depicted, there was no apparent smell, and it looked to be pretty well made. Now came the key point. Can I actually use it? Opened up, and spread out, it did not feel quite so heavy, and I was able to slip it on without much effort. To my surprise, it felt very comfortable, and with the weight distributed, I could definitely handle it. I have been wearing it, don't really time it, but, probably and hour or so a day. I'm not doing any, what most would consider fitness activities, just my normal stuff around the house. It hasn't hurt. No new aches and pains. With time, the added effort from wearing this vest may actually cause some physical improvement. How does that old expression go, "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." Hopefully so. Only time will tell. In the meantime, this is my attempt at self improvement. How you use it is certainly a matter of your current state of physical conditioning. For me, it was like starting from zero. But, based on my very limited experience, "it's gotta help." Read more
