I've used this vest a couple of times and find the fit and flexibility of weights to be very useful in increasing workout intensity. It's come down in price since I ordered it - I'd be much happier with the current $30 price vs the original $58 price, but the product itself works as expected and is pretty easy to set up and wear. I've so far been impressed with this torture device, designed to make working out an even more strenuous and unpleasant experience! But hey, I knew what I was getting into, right? The adjustable straps allow you to dial in the fit properly, and I found that you could get a good snugness even with my somewhat larger frame (for reference, I'm a 6'3" male, although my torso is fairly lean). The sandbags feel secure in their pouches, and I haven't experienced any leakage like you often get with these types of accessories. I'll wear this during a shadowboxing session or a treadmill run and it'll definitely add a bit more sweat to the workout. I also appreciate the secure little pocket it's got on it for holding keys, energy snacks, etc. Overall, the device feels durable and the weight distribution seems even. If you've never used a weighted vest like this before I would advise trying it first with a very light load and preferably using it in a safe, indoor environment (say, on the treadmill at home instead of running through the woods). It may not feel like much at first, but once you've gone a few miles something like this can really add a lot of extra strain to your workout. Read more
