Perfect for beginner friendly i weigh 216 and got a 15 lb vest. It increases the intensity and sweat for my workouts. I definitely will ge going up in weight soon. The straps around the bottom of your back are a little uncomfortable so i wear my upside down 10/10 ! Read more
