At 6ft 260lbs and broad shouldered, this fits great! The 15lb weight is perfect for everyday wear. It adds a good deal of resistance during workouts. Quality is great, and it is very comfortable. This vest has been a game changer! It’s a bit heavy upon picking up but once you put it on, the weight distributes evenly! I wish I would have gone a little heavier to build up a little more strength (I walk 17k steps a day so 10lbs feels pretty easy). It’s super soft and easy to put on & feels very high quality!
