Best gloves for gardening and yard work. Even though the leather palm is thick, they generally only last a year, but that's because my middle finger generally tears thru the fabric after months of digging, the seams hold up! I often bring a pair with me to the garden center so I can get a better grip on large bags of soil, and they keep my hands from getting dirty. I wouldn't buy anything else and the fit is perfect except for being slightly loose in the thumb. If you don't like getting dirt or debris inside your glove when working - this is the glove you need! These Wells Lamont women’s leather pink work gloves are both functional and stylish! The leather is durable, providing excellent protection while still allowing for flexibility and comfort. The bright pink color adds a fun touch to my work gear, and I love how well they fit—no more bulky gloves that feel too loose or tight. They offer great grip and support, making them ideal for everything from gardening to handling tools. These gloves are tough enough to get the job done but still soft on the hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality, stylish work gloves! Read more

Excellent work gloves for moderately heavy outdoor work and splitting/stacking firewood. The elastic wrist band with adjustable velcro kept these secure all day, even when my hands got extremely sweaty. The leather palms are strong and held up to a week of heavy outdoor work using a variety of tools (note: these are definitely not chainsaw gloves). After a week of use, I machine-washed them with warm water using a degreaser then air-dried and they're ready to go again. If you'll be working with pitchy wood/grease, just know that the tan suede-type areas will get stained but they're work gloves so that was a non-issue in my book. Still, the pink exteriors made me smile so I was happy about the color. Men's gloves are always too broad or the fingers are too long (specifically, the pinky finger. What is up with those extremely long little fingers in gloves?!) but these fit well and I'll probably buy a backup pair for when these fall apart. It was worth it to buy a couple of different sizes to find the best fit and return the ones that were too big. Read more

Excellent gloves. I have a pair and bought these for my mom. She loves them. Good quality and sewn very well. The thickness of the leather is perfect, she loves the color and keeps her hands warm. Perfect fit. Read more

Cute and lasted me a season of outdoor work, mainly putting up fencing for conservation areas. Not waterproof by any means, maybe water resistant but that's a stretch. Any meaningful precipitation would cause them to soak through which was disappointing as I specifically purchased them to keep me dry in rain. The palms and fingers also developed holes after enough use which was also disappointing although it took a few months, and they didn't always protect my hands from splinters after handling fiberglass poles. I plan on purchasing a different model of HydraHyde gloves for this year as overall I like them but need something more heavy duty. Read more
