Inexpensive quality
Very surprised at the quality of cut with this blade on both pine and walnut considering it's price point. Nice clean cuts with no tear outs or deflection (which can be a problem with this large of a blade) when used with a zero clearance insert. Highly recommend. Read more

Big bang for the price.
In the sleepy town of Splinterville, where wood dust was practically a food group, Norm the Novice Carpenter was on a mission. His old saw blade had dulled to the point of cutting butter with more effort than oak, so he stormed into the hardware store, wallet trembling, only to balk at the price of fancy blades. “Extortion!” he cried, fleeing to Amazon, where he stumbled upon the WEN BL1200 12-Inch 100-Tooth Carbide-Tipped Ultra-Fine Finish Professional Woodworking Saw Blade. Suspiciously affordable at $27, Norm muttered, “This better not be a scam, or I’ll carve my name in their customer service desk!” Back in his garage, Norm slapped the WEN BL1200 onto his DeWalt miter saw, expecting a dud. Instead, this 100-tooth, carbide-tipped beast roared to life like a caffeinated lumberjack. With a 1-inch arbor and a whisper-thin 2.8mm kerf, it sliced through pine like a hot knife through gossip. Norm, feeling like a woodworking wizard, decided to craft a birdhouse so fancy it’d make bluejays jealous. The blade’s ultra-fine finish left edges smoother than his attempts to flirt at the lumberyard. “No tearout, no splinters!” he cackled, marveling at cuts cleaner than his grandma’s doilies.
