I bought this WEN cart to organize tools and parts while working in my garage. It’s really sturdy, rolls smooth, and holds a lot of weight without flexing. The shelves are strong and easy to clean, and the wheels don’t scuff my floor. Assembly was quick, and the built-in handle is super convenient. I use it every day at work for oil changes and brake jobs. For the price, it’s a great value and holds up just like the expensive shop carts. Highly recommend for any mechanic or DIYer who needs a solid cart that doesn’t break the bank. Read more

Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I bought this for a welding cart for my flux core wire feed welder. The welder easily fits on the lower level along with some welding accessories. I also bought this to have a portable work stand for odd jobs around the house and wood working / cutting lumber. I suspect this will be a long lasting work cart and I'm happy with the purchase. Really nice cart, quality hardware, does what it should. I needed this to collect tools for a job and have everything I need in 1 area.. usually working on car maintenance at my home. The wheels roll great over concrete and don't get upset by veering off into mulch/grass.. in fact, because this cart has no locks, I pull it into the grass next to my driveway to keep it from moving. The area near the handle has lots of small compartments that make it easy to put things in good places to find when you need them. My only suggestion is to add at least 1 wheel lock to a cart like this... so it doesn't roll away on its own. I assumed it had this but didn't look.. so my bad... the cart is super durable. You'll need a hammer to push the pieces into place. Read more

I recently purchased the WEN Service Utility Cart to help organize and move my resin 3D printing tools and supplies around my workspace, and I'm very pleased with it for that purpose. For the price, this is a solid and functional cart with just one notable caveat. The Good: First off, the product arrived very well packaged, with no damage to any of the components. The main parts of the cart—the shelves and legs—are made of a heavy, thick molded plastic. I was impressed with the sturdiness of the plastic; it feels durable and capable of handling significant weight and general workshop abuse without any issue. For my use case, which involves moving bottles of resin, tools, and finished prints, it's absolutely perfect and provides a stable, mobile workstation. Assembly: Assembly was straightforward, though not perfectly aligned with the instructions. The manual indicated there were two left and two right legs. In reality, I had to mount one left and one right leg on each side of the cart to get everything to fit. This wasn't a big deal at all, as the screw holes aligned correctly once I figured out the proper orientation. It was a minor hiccup that was easily solved in a couple of minutes. My Main Concern: The 500-Pound Capacity Here is my biggest concern, and the reason I couldn't give this cart a full 5 stars. WEN claims it has a 500-pound capacity. Looking at the thick plastic shelves and legs, I have no doubt that the cart structure could hold 500 pounds, and likely even more. However, the casters are a different story. The casters appear to be the weak link. The steel used in their construction is quite thin, and the bearings are small. While I haven't tested it with a 500-pound load (and never will), it is my opinion that these casters would not hold up well under that much stress over time. They feel more suited for light-to-medium duty applications. Final Verdict: For my needs, this cart is a fantastic value. I will never need to push its 500-pound capacity, and it works great for what I do. If you're like me and need a sturdy, affordable cart for moving lighter loads (under 150-200 lbs, I'd guess), I would highly recommend it. The heavy-duty plastic construction makes it a great buy. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because of the excellent price and the quality of the main components. If it came with more robust, heavy-duty casters that inspired confidence in the 500-pound claim, it would easily be a 5-star product. The image shows the metal of the casters at about 2mm. I'm not an engineer but they just seem cheap. Sorry WEN. Read more

The WEN Service Utility Cart is a well-built and practical addition for any workspace. With a 500-pound capacity and 40 x 17-inch surface, it handles heavy loads with ease and provides plenty of space for tools, supplies, or equipment. Assembly was straightforward and easy to complete, with clear instructions and no missing parts. The cart feels durable and stable once put together, and the wheels roll smoothly on various surfaces. I also appreciate its multi-functional design—it works well for garages, workshops, or even as a portable storage solution around the home. A note for potential buyers: the cart does not fold, as this is a fixed assembly, but it’s solid and dependable once set up. Overall, this utility cart is sturdy, versatile, and convenient. It’s a reliable option for anyone who needs a strong, easy-to-use cart for heavy-duty or everyday tasks. Read more

This is a very well-built, heavy-duty cart that I use to transport tools and parts from my garage to the vehicles I work on in my driveway. Works as an excellent makeshift workbench but also has the sturdiness to transport hundreds of pounds of parts and tools without issue. The material it is made of is super durable and is similar to Rubbermaid carts/wheelbarrows. The assembly was not too daunting - I would recommend to anyone. Read more
