I bought this specifically for a rowdy outdoor party in the California sun and it surprisingly held its shape the entire afternoon. The material feels a bit like stiff cardboard up close ahah, but from a distance it looks high-end and didn't even budge when the wind picked up on the hayride. You really can't beat the price-to-quality ratio for a seasonal accessory that survived several spills and a few falls into the dirt.
