Westinghouse 24-inch Smart TV HD Xumo TV with Full Function Voice Remote Flat Screen Television w Dolby Atmos

The tv works great i got this TV as it still has the RCA plugs which are getting harder to find for my Wii console. Very happy with the unit. What I am disappointed with is with Amazon not following directions right on my shipping i said not to ship USPS as they do not deliver to my Address here on the Big Island of Hawaii only to a PO Box they know this and shipped it USPS anyways this was a problem as i had to rush down to the USPS on the day the tracking said it was there in order for it not to be lost in the mail this was a big headache. They could have just said they could not send and i could have used my PO Box address avoiding all these problems. Overall great tv though and would recommend has great picture and sound.The small down side is the menu is sluggish especially the Xumo app this is an issue that should be addressed in future releases. TERRIBLE for many reasons- I'll give the top three! 1. The picture quality is HORRIBLE as compared even to the cheapest Insignia or LG TVs of the same size. 2. The legs of the TV don't even have threading for the screws that are suppose to hold them on! So the TV just falls off the stand and flops over face down if the TV table vibrates slightly! 3. The illumination of the screen automatically brightens and dims constantly. This is supposed to be an "energy saving" feature, but it makes you feel like you're staring into a strobe light! And the stupidest part about it is- there is no way to turn off this feature! I can't believe that Westinghouse thought it would be a good idea to sell such a lousy piece of garbage! If I ever buy a Westinghouse product again, I'll know I'm suffering from dementia! Read more

I purchased this for an elderly neighbor. She is having difficulty adjusting to the new style remote and she claims the set has unexplainably gone dark. Otherwise it has a good picture and sound We may need to return because of the remote issue.. Read more
