Got this gaming headset for my grandson to use for the PS5 and his Nintendo Switch, not wanting to spend a lot of money, and hoping they would be good enough. When we received them within 2 days, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had some nice features like the extremely soft material on the earpieces, (which are very comfortable to wear for a long time), and a nice volume control knob that you don’t have to fumble around trying to find, both of which are a big plus over other options out there. They also sound great and come with the USB dongle which will work with the PS5, or they can connect directly to other BT devices or a phone. I wish there was a way for my to contact the seller instead of putting them on blast like this, but it seems either they, or more than likely Amazon want to prevent that. Now, the headset has been pretty damned good, with the exception of the music mode had sup par volume, but that was fixed switching to the game mode (double tapping the LED button on the headset). It also had a nice bass boost increase more than likely due to the frequencies being much lower for things such and footsteps. I've been using it since I purchased it with the included dongle. Even others said the microphone sounded excellent for that use case, but I primarily use it for it's sounds properties. EVERY headset or earbuds I've used with my computer had a 250-500ms delay when it came to the Bluetooth connection. I've even purchased a BT5.2 aptX dongle to help with that issue I've had with Windows 10. Nothing worked. However, the dongle that was included with this headset made that latency near non-existent. I've been constantly using the headset every day. I loved it. I'd have to charge it every 4-5 days, but that wasn't an issue. My issue however was, here it is, more than 80 days, but less than 90, the dongle has died. It's served me well. I tried searching to see if there was a way to contact the seller in hopes of possibly purchasing a new dongle as the headset seems to still fucntion. They work in Bluetooth, however, that constant 500ms lag is still there. It didn't exist with the dongle. since there is no way to contact the seller through Amazon, I had to make a review. Sorry about that. 5/5 headset, but a failed dongle only leaves it at a 1/5, MAYBE 2/5 at BEST. If only it lasted longer. Read more

They're comfortable and sound pretty decent. My issue, and it's a major one, is that the Bluetooth is complete garbage on these. At best, it's a little choppy and cuts out for a split second every few seconds. At its worst, it's the complete opposite, I'll hear a second of sound and it cuts out for a couple seconds. The USB dongle does not have this issue luckily but having 3 of these for my kids, opens the possibility of one pairing to the wrong dongle. The audio quality of this headset is good. I can't say the same for the fit. The ear padding is ok but the pressure of the fit made my head hurt after only an hour or so of wear. I'm on my system over 7 hours a day and these just can't come close to that amount of wear time. The charge does, just not the comfort. Read more

This is the best headset in this price range. If i were to improve on anything, the sliders for adjusting can be a little loose when im not using it for my vr. Not toooooo loose, but i do need to re-adjust them sometimes. The mic is very good in comparing to my 100 dollar corsair headset that this one replaced. Read more
