These belts are great. I like that they are simple in design. They fit easily in my belt loops. Simple to loosen and tighten. I didn't like the usual belt buckle in the front of my pants. They were uncomfortable. These were a great relief as it was easy to unbuckle my pants and not have to worry about unbuckling the belt and pants. I wear a size 12, and these worked great. My husband has had a couple back surgeries and has a box fused around his L4-L7 vertebrae. They went in his stomach and placed it that way. He NEEDS a belt as he has narrow hips and no rear. I have purchased every kind of belt (baseball belts that are adjustable elastic, leather, ones full of holes, ratcheting type, even moving buttons and trying that. He was actually using a shoestring for a while because all the belts aggrevated him (so did the shoestring) I found these and figured why not. He has had them now for about 4 days and he hasn't gone back to the shoestring. He says they are somewhat comfortable. He does need help with putting it on some pants due to different placement of belt loops (this could be eliminated by him looping the belt through the belt loops before putting on the pants) So for now I would say yes this is worth spending your money on to try out. My son is autistic and we tried all sorts of belts magnetic, velcro (didn't like the noise), rigger type, metal lace through loops and the old style with loop and pin but he struggled with them all, sometimes had accidents or he would hide (or probably threw away) them. We tried no belts but school said he needed one, I guess he was too distracted pulling them up. We couldn't go smaller 28x34 is loose on him and there was no way I'd let him only wear sweat pants. This is a belt without any stress for him, he only needed a day before he was used to the small amount of extra tension needed to button it and his pants stay where they belong. Super happy with them, hopefully they last but even 6 months I'd consider good because of the very reasonable price and how well they work for him. Read more
