I bought this for the size and the color which looked similar to my hardwood floor. For the holidays, I had an extension cord running across the floor to my Christmas tree, and this will help protect the cord and help prevent me from tripping over. DO NOT PURCHASE! Before I purchased this rug I read some negative reviews about the size of the rug. Yes, it is small, but that isn't the reason to NOT purchase the product. The product isn't safe. My husband stepped onto the rug, and because it has NO traction on the bottom, he fell! At first, I thought it was because it hadn't had time to flatten out...it came rolled up very tightly. Nope, that wasn't the problem. After flattening it overnight I put it down again. Yep, you guessed it... I went sliding too! I didn't fall, but pulled my inner thigh muscle keeping upright. This rug is a cheaply made product and a hazard (in my opinion.) I'll probably see if the local animal shelter has a use for it... If not, because I already used it, it will go into the trash!!! I guess you get what you pay for... I got a low quality (more than likely China product.) Don't WASTE your hard earned Dollars! Read more

Granted it was a cheap price, that’s exactly what I got a cheap rug. It looks cheap, feels cheap, but it won’t last 2 washes. I will say it’s a good size. I didn’t want the hassle of returning it. So I threw it away after 2 washes. Read more
