So this is a really easy to use kit but unfortunately I think the whitening ingredients are just too low of a concentration, I suppose it would work well for those with sensitive teeth who don't mind using it longer for results without the tooth pain. I don't have sensitive teeth and I was hoping for faster results so it just isn't for me. That being said it's a good kit, the light works as expected, it's well packaged, and comes with easy to follow instructions. Everything comes exactly as pictured and even includes a white level card to compare before and after results. I'm giving 3 stars because I plan on keeping the kit and just getting refills with a higher concentration of whitening ingredients. Read more

This teeth whitening kit is fine, but you should proceed with caution if you have sensitive skin. For me, this whitening treatment was comfortable at first but it began to hurt my teeth after some time, which was not pleasant at all. It didn't cause any damage, but it just ached for a while. The gel is easy to apply to your teeth with the syringes they included to quickly apply around your mouth instead of having to do it by hand with a tube. The tray is also a good quality and doesn't feel bad in the mouth. I noticed a couple shades of whitening in my teeth after about a week since I used this. Read more
