I have VERY sensitive teeth and have never been able to tolerate traditional whitening strips, so ordered these to give them a try. They have several ingredients that help lighten teeth naturally without being harsh, which I appreciate. They are easy to place on the teeth, and once they are on, they stick WELL. Honestly difficult to pull off after leaving on for 30 minutes. The taste is fresh and no bad aftertaste, although I do rinse my mouth afterwards. I used the entire box of strips and can't say I've noticed a significant change in tooth shade. Just received these today and put them on. I’ve had them on almost the full recommended 30 mins and I haven’t experienced any pain or sensitivity, but we’ll see Kate after they’re off and I can eat/drink. I haven’t used whitening strips ever in my life so I don’t have experience with them, but my mom has used them and my brother has used trays so I basically know what to expect. The strips are too different sizes, one is long and thin and the other is shorts and wide, the longer thinner one being for your tops teeth. I dried my teeth off with a little toilet paper (doesn’t say to do this but figured it couldn’t hurt) and then placed them on my teeth. My mouth is smaller than average so I had to pull my lips out so the strips wouldn’t stick to them, but they went on fine. There is a light taste of coconut but nothing overwhelming. I can feel the strips unsticking on the back of my teeth where I wrapped them over but they’re staying stuck to the front of my teeth so that’s good. The strips have a nice bright coconut taste, and stick well throughout the treatments. The lightening effect is noticeable after a few treatments, but not a huge amount.
