I've used whitening strips before and never noticed a difference. With these, I noticed a difference on day one. I really wish I had taken before and after photos. It's not a dramatic white, but definitely whiter than before. They're easy to apply and stay on well. The taste is so-so. The flavor of whitening strips is always gross to me, but I just try to ignore it. I'm not sure if you're supposed to rinse afterwards but I did because there was still a thick film on my teeth that bothered me. I will definitely use these again. Read more
