The steel construction feels very solid. It's currently holding my Milwaukee drill set and two lawn mower batteries with no issues at all. Everything feels secure and well-supported. This rack works really well and perfectly to organize my tools in the garage, so they are not everywhere on the floor. My wife specifically very happy about it, since she is sick of seeing my tools everywhere. So I guess this is a win win purchase for me and my wife. I love it also comes with a charging station which is very thoughtful, so my batteries are always ready to use. And the charging cord is not all over the place. It is very steady and perfectly size.
