According to some other posts on this item, I can only say that the only problem I had was the lateness of the delivery. I am convinced there was probably a mixup somewhere, in any event, happy to get it. As far as quality, as suggested by some other posts, there is nothing wrong with the quality of this pan! I should know, I work at a fast food restaurant and we use pans almost identical!! I have yet to use this, but after close scrutiny, I believe the pan will be just good, if not better, than the pans I currently use on my job!! Read more

Arrived with black marks around the rim and sides. Looks to be a good purchase after all, it needs a good scrubbing to remove the marks. They come off with a fingernail, it appears to be rubber. Just to note, Winco support did not contact me back when reported. Read more

I haven't used it yet, so I'm just gonna leave kind of a mid grade review. I will potentially update it later. At the moment I'm taking the pan into the Goo Gone territory. I have tried soap and water and then heating the water and this will be the third time through the dishwasher. I didn't wanna have to use any chemicals, but it looks like that's where I'm going with it. Also I didn't know that aluminum fry pans typically oxidize immediately. I looked it up and it's a common occurrence. The pan does look great new, but don't have any high expectations about the pan being mirror finished after using it. And that's not particular to the pan—but all aluminum. Read more

The handle is a single piece of steel, not hollow, and it gets hot! Otherwise, the little skillet is fine. Read more
