I love this stuff, I am trying to grow my hair out for my wedding next year. I find that taking a dose in the morning and one before bed helps give me the best results. While it is not the best tasting it is not the worst either, I don't find it that bad actually, makes my hair super soft, I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I have noticed less hair fallout after showering and smoother strands, hair is growing faster for sure, I am having to shave a lot more frequently. First thing I noticed was my roots seem to become oily faster than usual, I combat this by using dry shampoo between washes, I usually only wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week due to trying to grow it out. I have used this product before and I know it works, shipping was on time, product was as described. Will be ordering again! Read more
Someone recommended this to me years ago when I had short damaged hair. Now I recommend this to people who want to know how I got such long, thick hair. I hate gimmicky stuff and the fact that the Kardashians endorse this actually turned me off, but after keeping an open mind and using it, I realize it does work and now swear by it. There is a ton of crap out there that promises to lengthen and strengthen hair, but this is the only consumable product I have found to really work. Plus, it is very economical, as a bottle lasts for quite awhile. Read more
Bought it for my sister. This is her review: A friend recommended this and swears that her hair has been fuller and growing faster. I was definitely skeptical about it, especially since it felt like one of those random reality star endorsed products. However, I was convinced by her raving review enough to give it a try. My hair tends to grow fast anyways, so I can't attest to whether it's helped in that area. I have noticed a significant less amount of hair fallout and breakage. I shed hair all the time and especially get to see how much when I'm cleansing my hair (ladies, you know that moment in the shower when we're shampooing and conditioning...it's a sad moment). After a few days of taking this, I saw less hair fallout...like maybe a third of what is the normal amount. It continued to improve to the point of me only seeing a few strands. I took a break for a few days when I was travelling and my hair returned back to it's normal state of shedding. So, if you're going to take this, make sure you're very consistent with it. Also be prepared for the taste. It tastes a little less terrible than grape cough medicine. It's not a big deal to me and really I'll survive the taste for my hair to remain on my head. I drink about a tablespoon every night (when I'm not traveling) and this bottle has lasted for over a month now. It'll probably last about a month and a half based on my approximate dosage. Read more
I have used this stuff for about 3 months now and it is fantastic. My hair grows extremely quickly and seems to be stronger than when I started using it. Same for my nails. My skin seems more youthful looking as well. It has a sour grape lollipop taste that I don't exactly love, but it's not the worst either. I just kind of swallow it quickly and follow up with my yummy fiber gummies before heading to bed. Try this! Read more

I bought the same prduct from GNC last year and compared to that, this one's taste is less strong which makes me question the quality of the product. Read more
I've never had my hair shinier. I usually color my hair so its dry brittle with no shine. Now when walking by mirror I cant help but notice the shine! My skin is also looking great. I've been using this for a month and I just bought some more since I'm running out. I don't see what all the big fuss is about the taste, I kinda like it! Anyway I hope they don't stop making this product. Read more
Not enough Biotin to do anything for one's hair and I feel embarrassed to have purchased it for my skin. In theory drinking liquid collagen would be a nice miracle. In practice - well just save your money! Shame on all of us who buy into this nonsense. Youth in a grape syrup liquid. smh. They dont even have to try to come up with something plausible anymore. I'd fall for anything. :( Read more
