I have only owned for a month and parts are already breaking off. Like the handle for the extension wand. Good suction. Not very durable. edit March 2022: Have own this piece of garbage for 2 years now. Worst decision ever to purchase. I originally bought a Kenmore vacuum that looked exactly like this. That thing was a beast and lasted over 20 years. But the company sold out to Windsor apparently at some point and it is NOT the same quality. Looks the same, uses the same bags, filter etc. But they did change some designs. For example the ORIGINAL Kenmore vacuum had a simple button to release the roller for cleaning. Now, to clear hair out of the brushes, you must completely disassemble the bottom of the vacuum. In addition, the roller gets so hot (probably because you can't clean the rollers out effectively) that it fuses to other parts of the vacuum and seizes. Ok...order parts online right? Well, if you can FIND the part, it comes with parts you don't need, so more unnecessary money spent. And it arrives broken anyway. So...you take the new part and remove the broken pieces and then take the unbroken pieces from the old part and create a new working part, because NOBODY responds when you email and say "hey, the part we just spend a fortune on arrived broken." I have had this vacuum for 2 years. The roller has seized twice and the handle has broken off twice. I am so freaking done with this vacuum. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Read more

The build quality is excellent and given that the Windsor this one is replacing lasted for twelve years after I bought it used and not working. This one should definitely last my lifetime considering the residential use. Very happy with the HEPA filter addition. Read more

This is my second Windsor vacuum. The first one was great. This one is terrible. It only worked maybe 3 times before it became chronically clogged up. I have to take it apart to clean it out every few times. It often just blows dirt around instead of sucking it up. I wish I could send it back. Read more
