Honest review good and bad
I had an overall bad experience buying these shoes. It might have been a mix between Amazon and the company, but still it's been disappointing. To start I ordered them in Beige/White and they came in Black. I returned them and didn't ask for a refund just that the correct shoe was sent. They then sent me Black again! I kept checking my receipt like crazy to see if I ordered black. I did not. So at that point I found a different pair from a store I liked more and didn't want to go through the whole hassle again. I went to go return them and wasn't able to go to the usual place I return Amazon stuff I had to go somewhere else. Which is odd because with the first shoes I went to my usual place. When I was at this new place they charged me $2 because my box wasn't tapped shut. Even though the package wasn't opened at all and the box was completely intact with no sticker on it. Lastly, it didn't give me any other option but to have the money go back onto my card and it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received a refund. The company said there is a delay. The shoes we're not bad shoes and I might have kept them if I didn't have such a bad experience and get sent the wrong item twice. The shoes don't seem like they have much padding at all so if you are looking for something more comfortable or for being on your feet for extended hours probably not the one. However, if you are looking more for style purpose, they are cute and warm and fuzzy in the inside. They do run big so I would size down. They are also very lightweight shoes if you don't like the feeling of wearing heavy boots. Read more
