I wanted these to work so bad, but major defect
When these arrived these seemed like the perfect light weight winter boot. I got these for my daughter to wear while walking to school when it rains. She has a long walk and parts can get flooded. They are fully lined with soft warm fur and would definitely keep your feet warm, if water didn't end up seeping through. I like to test stuff like this before I step in a puddle and have to go the whole day with wet socks in a fully lined boot. I filled a bin with an inch and a half of water and stepped inside for a few seconds, like if I had stepped in a puddle. Thought all was good but then I started to feel the water seep in on the right foot. The left was fine. Looking at it you can see some kind of glue sticking out and it felt all wet along the seem. Might of just got a defective one but seems like poor quality and a risk I wouldn't want to take. When I ordered these I also thought you were able to tighten them at the top due to the pictures. Disappoingly the cords are just for decoration and don't actually tighten anything. And the boots did leave a pretty big gap for me, but fit my daughter fine when she tucked in her pants. Read more
