Should be great if it works right
Works great and connects fast. One major problem: Strong random crackling noise heard while in a phone call Assumed defective and asked for return. Followup: The replacement device does the same crackling noise in a phone call. It is not my phone or car audio, since another adapter (half price of this one) works fine. Disappointed that the same seller sells the same product (on the outside) with different software and quality on USA site vs Australian site (where it was purchased by my brother who recommended it to me). Pretty nice
It's extremely useful. It directly turns the wired CarPlay into a wireless one. The connection is also very convenient, doesn't take up space, and there's no disconnection issue. At this price, if you want your car to have wireless Bluetooth CarPlay, this small device perfectly meets your needs 👍 Read more
Great for its price.
Works great so far. Wish it would auto connect instead of having to connect everytime. It has a 1-2 second lag when changing from YouTube or skipping songs. Way better than cable CarPlay. Read more
Don’t waste your money or time.
The device worked only once. I connected it to a 2021 Honda Pilot using the most recent version of CarPlay, went through the connection instructions turning on both WiFi and Blutooth and it worked for about 30 seconds, then dropped the connection. After multiple attempts to get it to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro Max running IOS 26.3, I reset everything multiple times and it would never connect again. I also tried it on an iPhone 17 Pro Max, also running IOS 26.3 and it would never connect. It was not worth the time or effort to get it to work and would not be safe to use while driving using Google Maps or Apple Maps GPS through CarPlay as the connection gets dropped for no apparent reason. Not a good situation to be in if you’re unfamiliar with the area you’re driving in. Read more

Static and
This adapter is cute and small, but inefficient. It was easy to connect, but, when I used it, I got static and was told that I sounded far away and under water when I used it while on the phone. A couple of my called didn’t connect, I had to unplug it so that my caller could hear me. I wouldn’t recommend it, I returned it and my daughter ordered me one that was a bit more expensive and works soooo much better, as soon as I start the car, it connects right away and works great.
