The media could not be loaded. I connected this mount with 17mm to 25mm ball adapter, RAM double socket arm, and RAM diamond ball base. I drilled in to side of center console and bolted diamond mount for the ultimate security. Other mount methods have proven to eventually fail. Once installed, the mount had been perfect. An amazing product! I’ve gotten so many car mounts in the past but never one that’s made so simple and easy to use! For someone that doesn’t have stable air vents like me and if you want it on your dashboard a mount like this is the way to go!!! SUMMARY: Sturdy base with perfect height, easy to install base but cradle is a different story, "auto scan" wireless charge is weak/slow and a gimmick, no support from manufacturer. If I had to buy over again I would not, not from this manufacturer and not at this price. Product came in a plain box (see picture) with no instructions. Made me wonder if they were selling refurb product as new? The "feet" on the cradle are very poorly designed and have to be pulled out and twisted in a certain order or they get stuck (see picture). If you are determined to buy this product, be sure to buy through Amazon as the seller does not respond to support inquiries so I'm sure they won't take anything back. At least if you buy through Amazon you get Amazon's return policy. I bought directly from seller, experience was so bad I would never buy from them again. Read more
