I got this to fill out spreadsheets wirelessly, I figured since it's "gaming" the lag would be low. Unplugged, the battery lasts less than 3mins before fully dead on the mouse and keyboard. Plugged in, the connection lasts less than 35 seconds before I have to manually reconnect the USB dongle. The WPM sucks because half the keys you hit don't register. I am less than 2 feet away from the USB dongle connector, so it's not a "I'm too far" issue, it's a "this keyboard is garbage" issue. I'm also just typing in numbers on a spreadsheet, it shouldn't be this difficult. I switched back to my wired one. But hey, look at the bright side, with this KB+Mouse combo on a full charge you can get a 1 1/2min light show! Keys feel good, and the size, depth of keystroke all feel nice and natural. The controls of the keyboard’s RGB are a bit wonky, but they work reasonably well. The mouse is lighter than I expected, but doesn’t feel cheap - just a bit too slick in the hand with the chrome-like plastic finish. The buttons on the mouse are definitely quiet, but very dispositive in feel, sometimes leaving me to wonder if I clicked on something or not before realizing I had but hadn’t felt like it, if you follow my meaning. It’s a decent entry level gaming combo, and the rechargeable wireless feature is very nice and has good range, about 10 meters (that’s a bit more than 30 feet in “Freedom Units!”), which is great for me because it’s about 20 or so feet from my couch to my PC when I’m casual scrolling through websites on the Internet, etc.. Overall, I’d recommend this to the light gamer who wants the freedom of a wireless keyboard and mouse with a bit of RGB LED flair to add a little ambiance to his/her gaming rig. But I would bet that you’ll upgrade to something better as you get into gaming more heavily. Read more

It works, but is very susceptible to nearby frequencies interfering with signal. The batteries don't seem to last as long as they imply, either - the mouse kind of stutters if not fully charged. Typing is very comfortable, though this keyboard is significantly larger than my last gaming unit. The keystrokes are strong and smooth. I'd hesitate to call it amazing, but it certainly does the job under the right circumstances. Worth the price, at least. Read more
