Failed to work in intermittent mode
I fully charged it first (5 lights). Only took a minute, Worked well on vibrate. When I selected intermittent mode it worked for a few seconds and then stalled, sounding like it was trying but failing to vibrate. The five lights went down to 3. Seems like some kind of battery issue. The brief instructions are contradictory and incomplete (doesn't show where to plug recharger in). Clearly not even reviewed by someone who speaks English. Really good
Very pleased with this massager. They are kinda pricey but worth it. My only suggestion would be to work on how they attach to the hand. I have big hands but smaller hands may be a problematic. Read more

Charge port does not work. Cannot charge. Soon to be paperweight.
Defective charge port. It charged up the first time, and the charge lasts a really long time, but now it won't charge at all. I've tried multiple cables, and there is no obstruction in the charge port. Bummer. This is, maybe, a "you get what you paid for" thing. I can't return it. It's got a bit more charge, then it's a paper weight. Read more
Slips out
I used it for few days & quality appears to be good. Vibration at normal speed is fine & at high speed, it’s a little strong for my taste. The reason I gave it a 3 rating is because the handle (3 spring wires) that wrap around your hand slips off after few minutes even at normal vibration. My hands are small (wear men’s small to medium cadet size gloves) so that might be the issue. So, if your hands are small, that might be cause the massager to slip out of your hand. Read more
