I've been using this mostly for straining loose leaf tea since I've been trying to make Thai milk tea here and there for a month or so, so far and it's been pretty good overall. Some pieces do get caught in the mesh, but it's still easy enough to rinse and wash out. I like that it has three mesh pieces in case something happens. It's all light in weight and thin, but still good. I'd say this gets the job done in straining any teas or anything else without having as much of the small pieces or particles leftover compared to if you used a regular strainer. Easy to clean! I had used a large cloth before this. This strainer is a good size. I strain the almonds for milk, works great. Easy to wash. The stitching could be better, one had mis stitched and a small hole in one of them. Read more

Took me awhile to figure out how to use these. When I did though, I was delighted with how ingenious the design is. The mesh bags zip on and off the metal circle and rod. It’s easy to clean, just hand wash right in the sink after use. The mesh is tight enough that it strains almost anything inky the very finest particulate matter gets through. I’ve only used it a few times so I can’t speak to durability. However, it comes with multiple bags, so rotating through them will extend their usefulness. Read more
