great little truck
This was a gift for a kid. Super fun and quick. Want all over the yard and raced through the house on the hard floors. I want one for myself. Highly recommend. The stickers are they only hard thing to put on. Read more
Do not buy
So disappointed. Five below RC cars have lasted longer! This thing broke within 15 minutes. $40 for this is outrageous and such a rip off. You can tell it's cheap plastic but maybe goodness it just fell apart. You can get much better quality for less from a seller that will replace and not rip you off. Read more

Great model for the price, electronics need replacing
I got this D12mini to turn into a little indoor drift truck, and it's perfect for that... after some work. The stock performance is pretty weak. The steering is all-or-nothing (not proportional), and the motor is serviceable but basic. As I expected, the electronics are pretty cheap. It's all one-piece-of-plastic stuff, with an all-in-one receiver/ESC board that doesn't give you any room for upgrades. BUT, the hard body shell is the whole reason to buy this. It looks amazing and has great scale detail. This is where the fun begins. By changing out a few components, this thing is transformed. I ripped out the stock electronics and dropped in a micro ESC, a separate receiver, and a proper proportional servo. Now, I have fine control over the throttle and steering, and it's an absolute blast to drift around my kitchen floor. With a little work, this makes this a really cool model that you can be proud of. Amazing scale kei truck
Fun to assemble the few parts that need to be attached, including side mirrors, wipers, etc. Feels like good quality plastic. The scale look is great. Pretty zippy motor. Slow mode is great for indoors. Fast mode is pretty quick! Not like 20 miles an hour fast, but it makes it's way around the house pretty quickly. Even when turning sharp at speed, the suspension works to keep the truck from tipping over. I was very surprised by how stable it is. The included extra battery is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the decals are a bit of a pain to peel and install. Love this truck! Read more
