This hat is great for those chilly days and nights ahead of us. It's already getting cooler, and even though the days are still warm, the nights are cooling down and I've been putting this hat to the test. There's nothing I don't like about this hat. I have a ton of hats, because I have knitted many of my own, but this hat is an essential add to my collection. The knit material has a good hand-feel, with a very comfortable texture. The fleece is cozy and soft. It's warm without being too hot, or overheating. The design is reversible and I love that it's got a great contrast between the colors, because sometimes you don't want to stick out of the crowd . . . and sometimes you don't mind being seen. The size is perfect for my head -- not too big, not too small. Both sides feel great on my head and keep my ears warm as well. Considering this is a $10 hat that feels like something that should cost a lot more, I highly recommend this to anyone needing a hat for the cold weather, including extensive outdoor activity. It's a No fuss, No Frills kind of hat, it's design is simple but will remain stylish for decades. Also, it is able to be thrown in the washing machine and holds up beautifully, I always wash stuff like this on cold, and with the one side being knitted I like to air dry just to help it maintain its form in shape.
