really wanted to give this wristband a full 5-star review because it genuinely helped my wrist pain. On a scale of 1–10, my pain dropped from an 8 to about a 4, which is a big improvement. Unfortunately, after wearing it for a while, I developed a skin irritation on the back of my wrist. The stitching on the inside of the wristband is quite rough and rubs directly against the skin. I believe this area should be covered with a soft, velvety fabric. Ironically, the velvet fabric is placed on the outside/face of the wristband rather than the inside, which doesn’t make much sense since the inside is what touches the skin. I even purchased a second wristband in a small size, thinking my first one (medium) might have been defective or too large, causing me to fasten it too tightly. Unfortunately, the skin irritation still occurred due to the rough stitching. This product works very well for pain relief, but the interior fabric design really needs improvement to make it comfortable for longer wear—especially for sensitive skin. Read more

My wrist is 150mm (small adult female) and this product is too big. The velcro part is barely attached and there is a big flap that extends out. I need it and like the minimalist design so I am making it work with a hair elastic wrapped around it so that the flap does not get caught in clothing. Wish they had a smaller size. Other than that I do feel like it supports my wrist. It’s comfortable and easy to clean. Read more

I purchased this to help protect my wrist AFTER TFCC surgery. The 2+ inch scar is right across the triquetral bone (had to look that up) and if I bump it on something the pain is excruciating - sort of like hitting the funny bone, but in steroids. I do not have large hands or wrists, but I found that the Large fit better than the Medium (on the left). The padded ring protects the scar and the bone well, but I still prefer something that also hooks over a finger or thumb to keep it from riding up my wrist. 5 stars for the quality build and materials, 4 overall.
