Not only that, it is highly pigmented, goes on ultra smooth, and does not budge after it’s applied. I've bought this product in the past & I love it! The eyeliner is water-resistant & wears all day! It also lasts a long time in my makeup supply. However, I had bought this latest black one just over 30 days ago & didn't open it until now when my other one ran out. I am past the return window, which is unfortunate because it appears they sent me a prevuously used one!! This one has a broken tip; looks as though someone tried to sharpen it & made a mess of the top & back end, making it really dirty & smudgy to handle. This has never happened before & I do love the product otherwise, so I hate to leave a bad review, but this is a bad situation, and I can't even use it because I don't know where it's been!
