Works well for garage wipes. Read more
My husband is a (retired) Ag Mechanic and wanted the same type of shop towels that he was used to using. He wanted the white ones (I accidentally ordered blue one time...they are great but different), and he wanted them thick but soft. I have also ordered the X60's and the X80's in the past...the 60's were too thin and the 80's were "different" (kind of fuzzy and knit type material...not bad but not what he wanted and a bit too expensive). The X70's are thick, strong and still soft enough to wipe your face with. Sometimes, when I forget to check all of his pockets before washing his clothes, these cloths might go through the wash; they do not fall apart, they kind of wash like a cloth! Read more
I have used these profrssionally for better than 10 years in my work as an HVAC tech. I liked them so well, I began buying caselots of them for my own garage. They are a crucial and irreplaceable part of the work I do on my own motorcycles and automotive work. These towels do it all; from cleaning windows to removing old sluge from engines. I made a simple dispenser that a box fits in upside down. It is MOST handy. If the towels are only lightly used, they'll stand up well to machine washing/drying and come out super soft. I hope Kimberly-Clark never stops making the X-70 and Amazon's price is the best around. Read more
I have used these for years in the aviation industry and let me tell you they hold up. this is all I buy now for the house and for my cars, they are well made and not the cheap garbage that you bye in the supermarkets or COSTCO,try one box and you will be hooked β¦. Read more
I have purchased these towels many times in the past 10 years or more, lately when you get about halfway through the box, they will not dispense properly, they come out in a wad. Very discouraging for the money I spend on them, I end up pulling the remainder of the towels out and folding them individually for use. Read more
I ordered these during the coronavirus quarantine because there wasn't a paper towel to be had. If you're looking for your basic paper towel, these will seem like overkill. Their intended use is most likely in a garage or workshop, as the sheets are LARGE and STRONG enough to rinse and reuse. In some instances, I'm conserving further by cutting them in half. At 32 bucks for 200 reusable cloths, I feel like I'm going to get my monies worth! I'm not crazy about the giant box on my kitchen counter, but, I'm not hosting any gatherings any time soon! Wypall cloths are a WOW! Read more
